Welcome to the NAZC2024Houston Registration check-in information
Registration Check-in Schedule:
- “Early” Check-in: Friday, December 27 from 3 – 7 pm CST at the Zarathushti Heritage and Cultural Center (8787 W Airport Blvd, Houston, TX 77071)
- Local registrants (either themselves or through a designee*) are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity and avoid wait times at Regular check-in on December 28.
- We are happy to accommodate out of town registrants who want to (either themselves or through a designee*) check-in at this time, however you need to email us at registration@NAZC2024houston.com NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2024 so that we can have your packet available for distribution that day.
- “Regular” Check-in: Saturday, December 28 from 3 – 8 pm CST at the Royal Sonesta Hotel Galleria (2222 West Loop South, Houston, TX 77027, the “Hotel” and venue of NAZC2024)
- “Extended” Check-in: Sunday, December 29 at the Hotel after the Opening Ceremony** during session breaks as needed.
Requirements for all check-ins:
- NAZC2024 registration confirmation email that includes your Registration #; and
- Copies of valid picture IDs for all registrants under the Registration #.
- *If you are designating someone to pick up your registration packet:
- You must make the request via email at registration@nazc2024houston.com no later than THURSDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2024 with your NAZC2024 registration confirmation email attached or forwarded. The Subject line of such email should state “Designating Pickup” and your name and Registration #. Include the full name and contact number of the designee in your email. Such designee will be the designee for all registrants under the Registration #.
- The designee must present a copy of the email as above and the designee’s valid picture ID for pickup.
All designated pickups are at your own risk.
Note:
- **The Opening Ceremony of NAZC2024 is scheduled around 8.30 am CST on Sunday, December 29, 2024. If you are planning to attend it please ensure that you have checked-in under the “Early” or “Regular” option as you will not be admitted without your wristband and name tag.
- We are unable to do split check-in of registrants under the same Registration #.
- Entrance to ALL NAZC2024 events (including the Opening Ceremony and New Years Eve Gala) and adjoining areas including meal service areas will be restricted to registrants of NAZC2024 that are wearing the wrist bands and name tags provided at registration check-in, and others including unregistered family members and Young Adults (18-40 years) who are registered only for the Add-On events are also NOT permitted in these areas. Due to the venue requirements this will be enforced STRICTLY and your co-operation to keep us compliant is requested and will be much appreciated.
- Young Adults NOT registered for NAZC2024 but registered only for Young Adult Add-On activities do not need to check-in for NAZC2024 and will not receive a registration packet, however, they do need to check-in for the Add-On event at the meet up time at the Hotel, etc. which will be communicated separately.
- If you are a NAZC2024 registrant and have also registered for any pre-congress activity that starts on December 27 or December 28, for example, a Young Adult Add-On activity or the WZCC event, you may proceed for that activity without first collecting your registration packet. Details for those activities and meet-up and drop off-times at the Hotel, etc. will be communicated to you separately. If you have not already taken advantage of the “Early” check-in, you will have the opportunity for “Regular” check-in at the Hotel on December 28 upon your return as the check-in will be available through 8 pm.

- If you have booked the Hotel for accommodation, please contact the Hotel directly if you have questions relating to your booking including room check-in information and other related details.
WRIST BANDS – All registrants are required to wear their allotted wrist bands TIGHTLY AT ALL TIMES during the Congress. If worn correctly and tightly as required they will stay on. They are waterproof and should last reasonable exposure to water including showers. In the event that your wrist band is damaged, we may issue you a replacement only if YOU SURRENDER YOUR DAMAGED WRIST BAND to us. You will not be allowed in the NAZC2024 events and access areas without the required wrist bands. Due to the venue requirements this will be enforced STRICTLY and your co-operation to keep us compliant is requested and will be much appreciated.
For replacement wrist bands or if your arrival into Houston is scheduled late or is delayed and you missed the check-in times or you need special check-in assistance on December 29, text at (832) 606-2635 and (832) 316-5845 with your name, NAZC2024 Registration #, issue and a convenient call back phone number.

Registration does not include travel, accommodation, insurance and additional meals and expenses.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
While we understand that sometimes registrants may need to cancel their attendance at the Congress , we incur fixed costs and are required to meet certain minimums, confirm and pay for the facilities, catering and activities in advance of the Congress. We are unable to offer full refunds and the following refund schedule and terms shall apply:
• All cancelation requests must be received at registration@nazc2024houston.com to be valid
• Full refund minus 15% (Administrative Fee) and any and all applicable bank charges, for cancelation requests received on or before August 31, 2024
• Full refund minus 50% (Administrative Fee) and any and all applicable bank charges, for cancelation requests received after September 1, 2024
• No refunds for cancelation requests received after October 15, 2024.
Visa Rejection Cancellation: In the unfortunate circumstance that a registrants visa is rejected, the registrant will need to provide documented proof of the rejection from the US Consulate where they applied. Each refund request shall be considered on a case-by-case basis upon submission of request and the relevant documentation. Full refunds minus any and all applicable bank charges may be issued for requests received prior to November 1st, 2024. No exceptions shall be made to the above.
All refunds will be in US dollars and will be made to the same credit/debit card used for registration. All applicable bank charges will be deducted from all refunds.
