Cancellation & Refund Policy (part of NAZC2024Houston Terms and Conditions):
While we understand that sometimes registrants may need to cancel their attendance at the Congress, we incur fixed costs and are required to meet certain minimums, confirm and pay for the facilities, catering and activities in advance of the Congress. We are unable to offer full refunds and the following refund schedule and terms shall apply:
• All cancelation requests must be received at registration@nazc2024houston.com to be valid
• Full refund minus 15% (Administrative Fee) and any and all applicable bank charges, for cancelation requests received on or before August 31, 2024
• Full refund minus 50% (Administrative Fee) and any and all applicable bank charges, for cancelation requests received after September 1, 2024
• No refunds for cancelation requests received after October 15, 2024
Visa Rejection Cancellation: In the unfortunate circumstance that a registrants visa is rejected, the registrant will need to provide documented proof of the rejection from the US Consulate where they applied. Each refund request shall be considered on a case-by-case basis upon submission of request and the relevant documentation. Full refunds minus any and all applicable bank charges may be issued for requests received prior to November 1st, 2024. No exceptions shall be made to the above.
• All refunds will be in US dollars and will be made to the same credit/debit card used for registration. Applicable bank charges will be deducted from all refunds.
